About
The job is unchanged.
Map to GPS is a browser tool for turning a line on a map into a file your GPS can follow. Click to plot. Drag to fix. Download a GPX track. There is no account.
The original site on this domain helped walkers and cyclists draw a path and take it with them. That job is unchanged. The map is now global OpenStreetMap via OpenFreeMap, with the United States as the default view.
This is not a routing engine. It will not snap to trails or invent a path between two clicks. You already know the route. The map holds it still long enough to become a file.
