What should you include in a bug report?

Tell us which browser and device you used, what you expected, and what happened instead. If the problem concerns a GPX file, describe which app or GPS device created it. Do not email a private route unless you are comfortable sharing its coordinates.

Can we plan a route for you?

No. Map to GPS provides drawing and file-conversion tools, not route planning, access advice, or emergency navigation. Check local authorities and current conditions before following a track.
